At Gunn & McConville Pharmacy we view incident reporting and management as a vital component of delivering our Aged Care Services. All Incident Reports are resolved promptly, no matter how small.
All incidents reported to us, along with the corresponding pharmacy response, can be uploaded to your Facility portal, if applicable, and will be forwarded to the Facility Clinical Manager.
We are proactive when confronted with a situation when all has not gone to plan.
Our focus is on immediately fixing, then reviewing our processes
to improve our quality control and to prevent similar problems occurring in the future.
Our Professional Services Manager and her team visit all aged care homes we service on a regular basis, in order to openly discuss and report on any aspect of the service we provide. We strive to build our level of service and develop a business relationship that is unique in the aged care industry.
